KponTech.com offers 12-15 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders for domestic US orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, KponTech.com orders may experience delays. Standard business day shipping is FREE on orders $50 and over (excluding taxes) – no promotion code needed. For merchandise orders totaling less than $50, please refer to shipping costs on the summary page of your checkout. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend. Gift Cards are fulfilled separately from merchandise orders via email. Expedited shipping is also available: 2 Day Expedited shipping starts at $18.57 and Expedited Shipping starts at $9.70. Please note our fulfillment centers have cutoff times and only fulfill orders on business days.
Our 2021 Holiday Cut-off time for orders placed to be shipped within the contiguous United States is December 16th at 11:59PM to be delivered by December 24th, 2021. With the holidays fast approaching, there is to be expected delays on transit time for orders. All orders placed after the cut off time will be delivered after the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Unfortunately at this time we do not guarantee shipping to P.O box addresses. If an order is made with a P.O box address, delivery will be attempted but in the event that the delivery is failed and items are sent back to us or lost, we will not compensate or perform any order replacements.
Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. Shipping is FREE on orders $70 and orders under $70 will be charged based on the shipping costs on the checkout summary page. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items or offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, DPO Military addresses.
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. KponTech.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number on the email or on the KponTech.com website, click on "Track a Package" at the bottom of the page. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Title to the products in your order is transferred from KponTech to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from KponTech to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy.
